And her wonderful manager that still got me in when I was running 40 minutes late after a disaster at work, is a wonderful person and I am so very grateful for it. Not many companies would accommodate people that late and I really hope I didn't set anyone day back further by doing so.

Gerber has a convenient online damage estimate tool, and I followed-up with an in-person estimate. Both were detailed, and within $50 of one another. A repair was scheduled and arrangements made for a rental car, so when I dropped off my car I immediately had a rental to use. During the repair process I received several messages on the progress, and the vehicle was ready just as they had estimated. The quality of the repair was excellent, and even the interior appeared to have been cleaned. My wife and I used Gerber Collision on two prior occasions, with equally great results.
