Best place in town , hands down! The moment I called Gerber in Crestview , Josh was so welcoming on the phone and very personable. He explained the process to me of how things work after being rear-ended. Gerber even got my car in at an EARLIER DATE , after it being at the mechanic shop just so I wouldn't have to hop in and out of a rental. This place handled everything so smoothly, even with my insurance company after payment was delayed on insurance behalf. Not to mention, Josh told me to leave my rental car there and they will take the proper steps to get it back to rental company. I was so thankful, due to battling strep throat the day of pick-up! Josh, the receptionist and all the staff at Gerber is absolutely amazing and has a big heart for their customers! Thank you all.
