First thing Monday morning they scheduled an appointment for me, my appraisal was submitted to insurance within hours, and my car was completely finished by Friday. Gerber knocked it out of the park! They made unfortunate mishap that wasn't are fault a little less inconvenient than it could've been at other body shops. I've used others in the past that that left a lot to be desired. Gerber was very professional through the whole process and they kept me up to date on the repair every step of the way. They were spot on with their estimate on completion. 10/10 would recommend Gerber!
