My daughter was bumped from behind and her sensors were knocked into the bumper. The other driver left without giving any information. I took the car to Gerber for an estimate in hopes that it wouldn't be too expensive. I was greeted by Ronnie. He took time out to look at the car, asked questions for clarification and then offered to fix the sensors Monday morning. Ronnie's customer service is unmatched. I had questions and he took time to answer making sure I understood. I highly recommend Gerber collision. Professional, great communication, friendly and very knowledgeable of the industry.

As far as the quality of work I would say a 9.9(I never give 10's). Class operation. Hopefully I will never need them again but if I do they are the ones.

I am SO impressed with Gerber Collision! Not only did they exceed my customer service expectations by providing timely updates on the status of my car, they SURPASSED my quality expectations in caring for my car. My car came back better than when I brought it in! I had been in a previous accident and was rear ended and had my vehicle serviced by another collision center that couldn't come close to the high quality outcome I received from Gerber. Gerber matched the color on my car perfectly and fixed an imperfection from the previous collision center that was not originally fixed to standard.
