I needed to replace a missing part on my Jeep Wrangler when I bought it used. I Googled it and also went to the Jeep Dealership. They couldn't find it and didn't know what it was called. I went by Gerber Collision and got help from Tyler and Molly. They said they liked a challenge. Took them a couple of days to find it. I don't know where I would have gotten a replacement without their help. I will be forever grateful!! They gave me the personal touch. Thank you Tyler and Molly!!!

I thought it would cost lot but she went the extra mile, solved my problem quickly and I was not charged for the service. Customer service like that is rare these days. Kudos to Jessica!
