This is the only place I will ever take my car to. Someone hit my car a couple months back. They took care of me the whole time! Kept me up with the knowledge of everything that was going on. I got my car back and noticed something going wrong with the AC and other stuff. They had me taken care of from start to finish and even after! I will never take my car anywhere. As a woman I have experienced being taken advantage of in this industry. However, that is NOT how I was treated here. They walked me through everything g from start to finished. Personally showed me what was wrong and had second and third opinions for it from multiple other shops. I can't believe the care they show their customers. I am thankful to the team and their Manager Jedd! They also have a front staff, I'm sorry I forgot her name, that is warm and welcoming on the ... phone and in person! A few years ago after an accident, Gerber Victorville fixed my car and that began a journey. Gerber staff were professional, beyond helpful in those pandemic days when supply lines were stretched, kept their promises, and charged fair prices. Unlike anyone else, they were willing to discuss what parts of the car would be or wouldn't be fixed according to my wishes. The finished product was of obvious high quality, and I couldn't have been a happier customer. That experience led to three more visits not prompted by accidents, to a trusted place for small projects keeping my car in mint condition. This company is one of those little-black-book companies who do what they say they will, with quality and integrity.
