I can't recommend this business and its' site manager enough. I walked in one afternoon to ask for an estimate that would fix a number of scratches on my car. The manager let me know that they typically only do repairs tied to insurance claims, but he would take a look at my minivan for me. He took a look, then grabbed a buffer and ten minutes later 75% of the scratches were gone. He did this as a curtesy! I really appreciate the fact that he went above and beyond.

8/23/2023 a girl ran into the rear of my 2020 Ram. Gerber was selected for the repairs. The frame was bent and the insurance co said to replace the frame. Sierra, with Gerber called me every week to give me an up-to-date report on the progress and if there were any delays. When I got it back the truck was like new. You can't tell that it has ever been hit. They did a great job.

I didn't have an accident, my car is 12 years old. I had some cosmetic and function issues with my car that I wanted to have fixed. The process was so easy and they did an amazing job!! One of the function issues I had was the trunk lock had broken. I had it fixed at the dealership twice and both times it didn't last and they didn't care. This time it's fixed right and I have a guarantee. I'm very impressed and I highly recommend Gerber Decatur.

The repair was completed 5 days before the estimated completion date initially given me. When I picked up the car, it had been cleaned up inside and outside.
