Everyone at the office was very nice. I was kept updated as to where they were in the repair process. When I got my car back something totally unrelated to my collision seemed "off" so I called and Curtis looked at it immediately. I had forgotten to press something! Later that evening Curtis called to make sure everything was going well-which I appreciated.

Wow! Look no further!!! You do not have to look at any more collision/auto body shops, you found the right one! You got it all if you choose this location! Professionalism, craftsmanship, "check, check" yes, it's all here, and when I saw my car, my pride and joy after being hit from behind, to seeing the magic preformed by these remarkable people!!! Wow like the day I drover off the lot, with 3 miles on her....?? I'd give more stars if I could....go no further...you found the right spot! And you're welcome in advance....you'll see!

These guys are absolutely the best. I have 3 different people hit my car plus Bills car wash malfunctioned and did damage. They have repaired it like new every time. I would never take it anywhere else.

I can't write enough positives about my two experiences with this business. From start to finish it exceeded my expectations in every way. The estimators were excellent, the office and customer service were very friendly and professional, the work itself and most importantly was done in a quality manner, and the prices were very fair. Even though I was the innocent party in an accident, the insurance company selected this body shop to repair my vehicle. I couldn't have been more pleased with my treatment. My vehicle looks like brand new, they were timely and kept me updated. Kudos to Melissa at the front desk (forgive me if i got your name wrong)!! She has customer service down to a T!!! She treated me like family and kept my worries down! I would use this shop again if I needed to over any/all other body shops. GREAT JOB Gerber Collision & Glass!!

I'm originally from Ohio and now live in Melbourne, Fla. Gerber Collision & Glass is a 5 Star Vehicle Repair Facility compared to the Repair Facilities you find in Columbus, Ohio. I have been driving since 1966 and was never in an accident until May 2024 when I was rearended. The people at Gerber are not only professional and knowledgeable in vehicle repair they also treat you with respect and actually care in making sure all your repair needs are met in a timely manner. Melissa Smith(Estimator) at Gerber was outstanding in taking care of my Jeep Cherokee from dropping the vehicle off, to making sure all the damaged areas and parts were marked & recognized, to making sure all the repairs were done correctly and keeping me in the loop with updates on the vehicle's progress, and finally picking up the Jeep. I was treated like a ... friend not a number. Thank you Melissa and all the staff at Gerber from the front desk to all the repair and mechanical personnel involved in repairing my Jeep.
