A very professional crew who did an outstanding job on my repair. All of the individuals whom I encountered were extremely friendly and definitely had the customer interests placed first. I dropped my car off on a Tuesday morning and it was finished on Friday morning. The communications were awesome as they kept in touch with me via phone calls and text messaging. I highly recommend them to anyone in need of body repair.

My compliments to all the professionals working at the Gerber Collision & Glass in Melbourne, FL. I recommend you stop in to see Kelly and the entire team with your auto body claims. My father passed in 2023, and I inherited his 2012 Nissan Murano, which he took excellent care of and had only 30,000 miles. This car has so much sentimental value to me that I was devastated when a driver backed up straight into my driver's door. I was worried that my vehicle would never look the same. Kelly reassured me that they would take care of everything and not to worry. Gerber Collision & Glass kept me updated with the progress of my vehicle, and it was completed exactly on the estimated day they told me it would be done. The paint match is impeccable on my car, and you can't even see where the work had been done. If I own this car or any ... car, I'll always use Gerber Collision & Glass for my auto body company. read more

8/23/2023 a girl ran into the rear of my 2020 Ram. Gerber was selected for the repairs. The frame was bent and the insurance co said to replace the frame. Sierra, with Gerber called me every week to give me an up-to-date report on the progress and if there were any delays. When I got it back the truck was like new. You can't tell that it has ever been hit. They did a great job.

I took my car to Gerber to have it repaired after it had been rear ended. I have to say that Gerber did a fantastic job and the car looks as good as new! Reggie went over every thing with me when I was there to collect it and ensured that I was aware of how to detail the car for the first few months. Excellent customer service, so friendly. Repair work superb! Communication was awesome, they kept us up to date on the status of the completed repair date. I was also able to drop off the rental at this location. General manager- Cornell Bynum went above and beyond, besides making sure we were happy with the job, he even polished the headlight on the left side so it would match the new one that was replaced on the right. Thank you all!

If I could give 10 stars, I would!! I stopped in the SR16 location to see if I could get an estimate on some minor bumper damage that had just occurred and was told they were kind of short staffed but Brendan C. came into the office and said he would take a look so that I wouldn't have to come back the next day. He immediately checked out my car, gave me an estimate in less than 5 minutes and was extremely pleasant and easy to deal with. I look forward to bringing my car back for the repairs. Thank you again so much for your professionalism and kindness.
