I've been a car/motorcycle guy my entire life - had all types of service at different vehicle repair and maintenance shops all over the USA. This experience at Gerber in Deland was simply the very best. Fit me in on short notice and completed the work 5 days prior to promise. Car is perfect - like it never even happened! Very special thanks to Tommy S. who walked and talked me through everything. He knows his stuff and is personable as well. Great job by entire team! Thank you.

I give Tom 5 stars . Very polite he look over my Whole car and explain everything to me. And even gave me a tip on how to clean my battery.. Great Customer Service . I give body and details workers 5 stars. I couldn't even recognize my car when it was done. Just Beautiful. They all did a amazing job. Highly recommended by me and my Fiance. He was completely shocked. He was so happy. THANK YOU SO MUCH TOM AND GERBER COLLISION AND GLASS. The receptionist was so sweet and polite. Great customer service to. 5 stars for her to.

My experience with Gerber was phenomenal. Having been my first accident and being down in Florida without and family, I was confused and nervous about having to get my car fixed. The staff at Gerber was awesome, particularly Jeff! He was very helpful, answered all my questions, kept me updated every day about my car, and even had my car done within 3 days! I didn't even need a rental. It was amazing. I really appreciate him making sure it was done so soon so I could avoid the headache of a rental. I'm extremely happy with my service from Gerber. Wow! The service was very professional. Staff was very friendly. Car was delivered on time. Even a little scratch, that has nothing to do with the collision, was corrected when I pointed to the technician. This is a brand new car. Thanks Gerber. It looks like nothing happened. Two thumb up.
