Originally I had gone to one of your competitors was rushed out with an estimate that didn't seem right and felt like I was given no attention and told it would be 3-4 weeks before they could help me. I then went Gerber in Estero and was helped by Tom. He was professional, listened to what I had to say. The estimate was a little more but he explained everything. He stated that they were busy but would squeeze me in so that I could still get on my family vacation. We got scheduled for the next day and tom and his. They had us out in less then a week when the other company was saying a lot more. The repairs were great and I will recover them to everyone!

The service I received from all the staff at Gerber Collision and Glass was absolutely phenomenal. Every single person I encountered was professional and kind, which was tremendously appreciated. I was in town from Kentucky and wrecked my car while being in Florida for an extended period of time. The turn around time was exceptional with frequent updates on the progress being made through out the process. Upon getting my car back, the final product was fantastic. The work they did for me was flawless. So happy to have my car back. Thank you so much to each member that was a part of repairing my car so I could get back home safely to my family.

Excellent workmanship. Had previous experience with this location and was willing to wait for repairs vs. going somewhere else. At time I took car in, I was advised it would be several weeks before they could get to it. Car was drivable, thus I was willing to wait due to my previous experience from this location with another vehicle.

I've taught Marketing at various Universities in Florida. I know when a company understands the principles of marketing. The people at Gerber in West Melbourne are truly customer oriented from your estimator, Leah, to the office staff who were so kind. While I waited for the repair, I was given coffee and even assistance on connecting my IPAD to their wifi. This may sound unbelievable but they also were able to repair my car at almost 1/3 the cost compared to the dealer quote. Thank you, Gerber. I would highly recommend anyone to this facility.

She conveyed such confidence in what I could expect, that I immediately decided to request they schedule the repair as soon as I received the approval from SAFECO..They did an outstanding job and I am very pleased, I highly recommend you for the results you deliver. And I commend you for you choice in Estimators, that provide personnel like Kelly Ford.
