I am completely honest I was shocked of the work that was done my car. Hurricane Irma scratched my all over in different areas my car is black with metallic it had to be repainted in most of the areas scratched i didn't think they would be able to make it look like it had never been painted in those areas wow was i wrong gerber did an amazing job i would highly recommend to anyone to go to gerber all the employees were excellent also

I was actually very impressed to encounter such attentive, professional and courteous service. In my experience, this area of FL can be very lacking in customer service. Even more so, car repair can be unpleasant. The staff were perfect- from front desk to actual tech to everyone in between- all were personable and knowledgable. Thank you to Robert E & Brian who were great to do business with. I will definitely recommend them.

Superb customer service. Staff is very pleasant and made me feel welcome. Clean and comfortable waiting room. Service was performed in less than one hour and it included a car wash and vacuuming and cleaning the interior which surprised and pleased me. I highly recommend this facility if you want great customer service combined with good quality work.

I would like to share that from the min. I walked into the shop it was a very pleasant experience and everyone was very professional. Starting with Fran at the front desk to the service writer Tim right on up to the mgr. and the rest of the office staff. Everything went as they told me and the work was like I thought it would be . I would be more then happy to recommend Gerber to anyone to have the experience that I had... Thank You

We had an incredible experience at Gerber Collision! We worked with Wendy and found her to be professional, knowledgeable, thorough, and personable. We were leaving on vacation, but felt confident and comfortable leaving our car in Wendy's capable hands. Gerber sent frequent updates on the progress of repairs. We are very happy with Gerber's repairs! When we picked up our car, it looked brand new! The paint was flawless and there was no trace of where they had to weld a panel to the main body of the car. Great job! We highly recommend Wendy and Gerber Collision and will definitely use them for any future repairs we may need.

I cant tell you you how impressed I am with the Gerber shop in Titusville. They completed my repair on time and as agreed without the usual "what about..." questions that inevitably arise on the day you pick up the vehicle. I've owned 12 different vehicles in 45 years and have never had a repair experience as good as the one I received at Gerber Titusville. The staff is conscientious and friendly , the facility is clean and well maintained. All around an excellent experience.
