The customer service was nice and friendly, and everyone who work there that i ran into was very polite. After the estimate, I informed Mr. Carlson B. that my daughter could not wait two weeks. Mr. B. went out of his way to find a location near Arlington, VA to get the car repair. I'm much grateful for his excellent service. I highly recommend this auto shop to everyone.

Your great reputation preceded and was proven! We have heard from several sources that you are the place to go to have a car repaired for body work. Customer service was excellent. We really appreciated that you have a text service that provides repair status twice a week. Also, we had an issue with being out of town during the potential pick up time and Alan M. at Gerber Collision and Glass on Semoran Blvd in Orlando, Florida took great care to make sure we were informed of the status of our car and when we could pick it up. When we picked up the car, he made us feel as if we were the only customer even though they were inundated by repair jobs as a result of Hurricane Irma. He is an asset to your company. Keep hiring great people like him. Thank you for the great customer service. We will refer.

Staff was helpful at every point. They understood confusion that was possible when one's vehicle is damaged - they worked by explaining in detail all the parts involved in the process to restore the car. The Estimator Kelly, kept me constantly informed of progress. After the car repairs were complete, Kelly did the test drive herself before releasing the car back to me the car's owner.

Hurricane Irma did some damage to my SUV, my neighbor recommended Gerber for a repair shop. I stopped by and got an estimate within minutes. I contacted my insurance they said Gerber was one of the companies they used . I took my SUV back to Gerber and 4 days later my SUV was repaired to perfection. The staff at Gerber is very professional and friendly . I recommend Gerber in COCOA FL for your repair's.

Kelly took over when Larry retired. Larry was great. Kelly was as pleasant and helpful as anyone could ask for. She made this experience far less stressful. Had a hurricane in the meantime. Kelly stayed on top of this. Brun took time to explain the issue and was far more patient than I would ever expected. Each time (4) that I entered the office, either John or Tom, always asked if I had been helped. That seems minor, but to a customer that is respectful. Jeff (the technician) explained the whole thing and again, more than I expected. Your staff at this shop should be praised for their customer service. And, the tech (I believe it was Jeff) has a talent and made my car look great. The bottom line, though, is the appearance of my car. I simply can not say enough good things about Samantha and Debbie. I literally wish every company I ever did business with would treat me the way the two of them did every step of the way. They really made me feel like I was in the best hands even when I had to leave my truck down in Florida through hurricane Irma. My truck looks great! A first class job by all involved. I wouldn't hesitate to recommend Gerber to anyone.
