5 Star Service by far: We took our vehicle for auto body repair. The estimator Dulce D. was our contact. She was extremely professional and made us feel at ease about the repairs. Dulce was there for us throughout the entire process. She constantly keep us informed via text messages and telephone calls about the process of our vehicle. Our vehicle was completed within the time frame that was originally promised to us. Gerber Auto Body did an outstanding job on the repairs. We would like to thank Dulce D. for Great Customer Service and Gerber for an Excellent Job on our repairs. We will recommend Gerber to our family, friends, church family and co-workers.

My daughter was in an accident and the left front of her car was damaged. Because I had used Gerber Collision recently for my car I had her car towed back to Gerber for repair. Once again Gerber was WONDERFUL. Professional, courteous, and did everything possible to make her car look like nothing ever happened. Thank you Gerber and thank you T. These guys are great! My repair took a bit longer than anticipated, but that's only because the replacement door arrived with the wrong hinges, and then they wanted to make sure everything was absolutely perfect. They even saved a bit of the paint so that I could address an older mishap that I had never put in a claim for. I'm really impressed, and should I ever need a repair again (which I really hope I don't), this is where I'm going.

Thank you so much. This was a very stressful experience for me. I had 2 cars in need of body work when they were both hit by the same at the time. Gerber was right there with me and assisted me from the moment I walked into the door. Even though this process was long I was kept in the "loop" every step of the way. Thank you to receptionist for handling all the paperwork and her friendly voice and smile. Thank you to Mike I believe, he helped me clean out my one car that was unable to be fixed and he talked me through the process. Thank you to all the guys that help fix my car's "boo boo". From my first phone call until I drove away with my vehicle repaired, EVERYONE I dealt with was first class. Even though we had a power outage due to the hurricane and I had to reschedule, my van was repaired quickly in 1 1/2 days! Yes, I would recommend them to friends.
