Excellent customer service!!! Both Cara and Brenna were awesome. The communication and updates were absolutely amazing. I knew every step of the way what was going on and when my car would be done. My husband is a retired auto body man and he was so impressed with the craftsmanship. If we need them again and I hope I don't, we will be back. Do mot hesitate Brenna and Cara will take care of you!!!

This company is amazing! Put my vehicle in the shop on Monday, had it fixed and painted and returned on Thursday. Granted there was not a lot of damage. They had to order a part, remove bumper etc. repair dents, paint and put back together. The staff is friendly and very knowledgeable at what they do. I would highly recommend Gerber Collision & Glass to anyone who is in need of automobile collision repairs.

Everyone at Gerber Collision on San Jose was friendly, courteous and professional. It was a small job with minor damage on a rear quarter panel, but they did a great job. The car was only there for three days but I received three or four updates on the repair status. I definitely recommend them for auto body repair work.

Excellent customer experience. Wendy kept me informed of the progress of my vehicle throughout its repair and coordinated seamlessly with Enterprise regarding my rental. She also coordinated discrepancies with my insurance carrier to ensure that I got the highest quality parts available for my repair without me having to get involved. To put icing on the cake, I found out that they also took my vehicle for an alignment the day before I got it back adding to the value of their work. My repair was an extensive one that required very specialized parts and labor. When I received my vehicle back, the repair was flawless and also clean on the inside and outside. I found their work to be of the highest professionalism and their communication to be thorough.
