From day one, everyone was extremely nice and very helpful. Especially, Ms. Ty. She places the customer first. You have the right person representing Gerber up front. She gave me some do's and don't regarding the care of my vehicle. I asked for someone to explain the repairs to me. Dawn Miller, the estimator, walked with me around the vehicle showing the things that were replaced, painted, etc. I am very pleased with the service that I was given. I highly recommend Gerber Collision & Glass (Apalachee Parkway) for service if needed. Thank you.

We were very stunned when Carlos C. said he'd do what he could for now and had our minor damage buffed for free! That doesn't happen anymore in this cut-throat business world! We even tried to tip him, but he declined that as well. We'll eventually come to get our Blazer repaired after submitting a claim with Geico. If we could give Mr. C.100 stars, we would do that! Thank you so much Carlos and Gerber Collision & Glass for a refreshing experience! Your reception and waiting area are top notch!
