My **NEW** `Ford Maverick was out in a severe hailstorm. There were dozens and dozens of dings... large and small. I took it into Gerber, where a "Paintless Dent Removal" was done. I was a bit dubious, and determined to be very picky since my little trucklet only has 8K on the clock. They had it for only about a week and I picked it up today. I looked it over very closely and I gotta say I am totally amazed. My Maverick looks almost better than new! Great job, Gerber.

The customer service is top notch! All staff were very friendly and accommodating. The office is very busy and fast paced at times, but they are very efficient and stay on top of your needs. The communication between the staff is outstanding! It's evident they love what they do, and they are very good at what they do!

The work was remarkable, beyond expectations in quality. It took less time than I expected. DANNY G, as my contact person, estimator, and who I believe oversaw the results, was a standout. I was kept well informed as to progress. The TECHNICIANS, who I did not meet but worked on my car, did an excellent job. KELLY AT THE FRONT DESK was also outstanding. Danny and Kelly were knowledgeable, professional, efficient, friendly and personable. They truly decreased my stress level after a moving hit and run incident to my car. Both DANNY and KELLY are standouts. I believe they are the best you can expect from any colleague or employee. Also-I used Gerber Collision Repair many years ago, with equally great results. Any change in management was well done and well chosen.
