My account manager Jose P. kept me informed step-by-step using the Carwise app. He even replaced my tire that had rub damage at a local tire shop, which I thought I would need to do over the weekend. And with Enterprise Car Rental right on site, easy to pick up and drop off. Highly recommend!!

We were in a car accident the day before and the hood was all smashed and starting to separate. We were in a rental and to make matters worse we were almost 11 hours away from home. To insure our rental was safe enough to drive back home we decided to stop by this collision shop to ask an expert if they would recommend. The staff was so friendly and knowledgeable. They wrapped our hood with a body wrap for cars to secure the front and to keep any wind from being able to get underneath it and cause more damage and most importantly they did it free of charge. My family and I were very appreciative of the kind gesture. That type of generosity is rare these days. I would definitely recommend them to anyone with the need of a body shop.
