Just GREAT SERVICE overall. Dominic S. was my Service Advisor. He was very professional and gave me a very detailed list of what would be happening with the repair of my truck. After the repairs were complete, he walked me around the truck and showed me repairs and told me how to care for the new repairs. Again I was very impressed with Dominic. I also was impressed with the receptionist, I can not remember her name. She was very knowledgable of the bussiness.

I have been so pleased with Gerber Collision on Apalachee Parkway in Tallahassee, FL. The front of my car had an incredible amount of damage after a collision with a deer. Dawn, in particular, did my first estimate and texted me twice a week to update me. They did an excellent repair job on the front of my car. No one would ever know it had been in a an accident and I still cannot believe how good it looks. I intend to keep my Rav4 for a very long time and am so grateful your staff did such a great job on it! A big thank you to all of them!

I had a wonderful experience at Gerber Collision and Glass in West Melbourne. The workmanship was top-notch and the staff was incredibly helpful throughout the entire process. Not only did they complete the repairs on my car in a timely manner, but they went above and beyond to get my car back to me earlier than estimated. From the moment I walked in the door, the team at the body shop was professional and attentive to my needs. They took the time to thoroughly inspect my car and provided me with a detailed estimate of the repairs that were needed. They even went so far as to provide me with regular updates on the progress of the repairs, which was greatly appreciated. I would highly recommend this body shop to anyone in need of car repairs.

Great job on our truck! It looks like new again! And they cleaned and shinned the whole vehicle, it looks beautiful! Tania was great with communication always keeping me updated with phone calls and texts. Always got answers to any questions I may have had. Kevin did a wonderful job going over the vehicle with us at pickup. We are super happy with the service, job and time it took. I would highly recommend them for work and customer service!
