It was a pleasure getting my collision repair done thru Gerber. The quality of work was completely satisfactory. The shop was very clean and I felt comfort that my Lexus CS430 was getting restored correctly. The adjuster kept me informed of the progress weekly. I would recommend Gerber for any additional body work.

Dominic S. , was our Estimator, and he made things so simple for us. He was very professional and courteous. He made the whole process so easy to follow, keeping in touch with my husband and I constantly. We would highly recommend this facility to work on our car again, and we will recommend them to our friends, both professionally and personal. Our car was spotless and looked brand new when we picked it up. This facility helped with the process of my car accident so much easier. Going from the accident to the repairs, not knowing what was ahead for us, and in the end, my car looks like nothing ever happened to it, the repair was that great. Kudos to Dominic and the whole team at Gerber Collision in Palm Bay, Florida!

My car was promise in a week from drop off, but it was ready a day early. High five for you and your team. My car was clean when I picked it up. Thank you for an outstanding experience!! From estimate to pick up, the Gerber experience was a class act. Friendly, knowledgeable, and helpful. Staff openly assisted in the overall navigation process regarding insurance and car rental as well as repair options. They also provided progress reports & timely updates. I hope I'll never need these services again but if I do, Gerber is definitely where I'll go. Thank you!

From my first visit to the shop, my interaction with Mr. Timothy G. was very efficient and professional. He kept me informed every step of the way (Phone calls and text) reassuring me that my car was in good hands and being well taken care of. At pick-up the repair was excellent, and I was very pleased with the service provided by Timothy and Gerber. I hope not to have to use Gerber services in the future, but if I do need collision repair services I will come back to Gerber and will recommend them if asked.
