Scott F. treated me with such respect and kindness. He took the time to personally get to know me, as well as went above and beyond by offering to rinse my car off again when he saw it had been covered in dust again post-wash. The repairs looked beautiful.

Just wanted to say how pleased I am with the service I received at Gerber Collision! I was quoted two weeks for repair for my vehicle and Gerber had it fixed and ready in 4 days! Three days repair and fourth day pickup. Michael H. went about and beyond and even fixed my back door scratches for free. Great customer service and fast turn around on repairs! Thank you!

Had hurricane damage repaired by Gerber collision in Louisiana several weeks ago, and they did a great job. But in driving home to Fort Myers from there, had a couple of minor issues pop up. Brought my SUV in to Gerber on Metro Pkwy and was helped initially by two very nice ladies at the front counter, and then was turned over to Ian. He took care of the problem immediately and a half hour later, I was on my way home. He turned a problem into a smile. The entire staff was very polite and professional. I really appreciate Jonathan. He went above and beyond to make my experience even better. I had one side damage to the front of my car so I asked Jonathan what can I use to clean the other side without damage because it was dingy. He asked if I had a few minutes and he restored my light. My car was washed and cleaned. I was very satisfied with my experience. Gerber did a great job and I will highly recommend them anytime and anyone.

Dropped my car off on Monday morningfor bumper and headlight repair and it was ready by Wednesday morning. They did a fantastic job. Fast friendly service. I would definitely go there again if needed. Plus they have a relationship with Enterprise rental so I was able to return my rental with them. This was a great experience!
