Gerber repaired my front bumper after a collision. It looks even better than before the accident. They even tightened a loose bolt in my seat so that it feels much more secure.

Great customer service at this store! They really make an effort to communicate regularly about status on repairs and give the best service they can. Everyone was very pleasant, friendly and professional. Prices were very reasonable, too. I highly recommend them-- Would give more stars if possible!

I had my doubts that the repair to the scratch on the door of my cadillac xt5 would be done to my satisfaction but I was pleasantly surprised. I can't tell at all. I'm very pleased. Gerber did an excellent job. They also kept me informed in the process so I knew what was happening. I think that speaks volumes. Hope nothing like this happens again to my car but if it does I'll go to Gerber. Thank you.

Not only is the work absolutely perfect, I opened the door to my truck with a big surprise, they cleaned out my work truck. Ty so much to Gerber ,Jessica and everyone involved. Best place in town , hands down! The moment I called Gerber in Crestview , Josh was so welcoming on the phone and very personable. He explained the process to me of how things work after being rear-ended. Gerber even got my car in at an EARLIER DATE , after it being at the mechanic shop just so I wouldn't have to hop in and out of a rental. This place handled everything so smoothly, even with my insurance company after payment was delayed on insurance behalf. Not to mention, Josh told me to leave my rental car there and they will take the proper steps to get it back to rental company. I was so thankful, due to battling strep throat the day of pick-up! Josh, the receptionist and all the staff at Gerber is absolutely amazing and has a big heart for their customers! Thank you all.
