Everyone at Gerber was so nice and sincerely helpful. They did a wonderful job repairing my car and did the repairs very quickly! Our Gerber associate, Gus was very nice and professional and we were very happy with him. Thank you so much for all your hard work and kindness, it was truly appreciated.

Kelly and the staff were awesome today. I dropped off my car a day early when Kelly called with an opening. Today upon dropping it off, I told her that I was trying to get a hold of enterprise on SR 16 to pick me up. She told me that they don't pick people up and called the other location closer to them. They were able to transfer my rental and pick me up. Who knows how long I would have been waiting if she hadn't made that call. The staff also told me that they hope to have my car done by Friday, maybe mid week next week at the latest, which was faster than I was told at the time of the estimate.

After getting rear ended, and my first auto body incident I ask around who to take my car to for repair. Gerber came highly recommended and they did not disappoint! They were so professional and kept me updated on the progress of the work. When I picked up my vehicle, I checked everything before I left the parking lot. They did an outstanding job on the bodywork. They assured me if I had any problems to contact them. The communication was good, the car looked good and I would hate to have to return again due to an accident but I would hands down return for bodywork.
