Yesterday I stopped by one of your competitors to get an estimate on a simple repair to the rear panel that had come loose after going through a car wash. The competitor told me they didn't have anyone able to look at it and couldn't possibly give me an estimate until later in the week. Needless to say, I was taken aback that a body shop couldn't take a quick look and tell me if they could repair the damage and at least give me a ballpark figure on the repair. It just so happens, I passed your shop on my way home and decided to stop. I am so glad I did. Your estimator, Jeffery B. was outstanding. From the moment I enter the office Jeffery made me feel welcome. Even though he was on the phone with another customer, Jeffery offered up a big smile and managed to say "I'm sorry, I'll be right with you...". After he got off of the ... phone, Jeffery apologized again for the delay and thanked me for my patience. Well done...! He immediately agreed to step outside and look at my vehicle. He instantly assessed the problem, which turned out to be a couple missing screw. He said it was a 5 - 10 minute repair and it could be done now. I asked how much would it cost, and to my surprise he said "It's not worth me charging you. Just remember us when you, or someone you know has a need for body work." Believe me, Gerber will be the first and only body shop I will use or recommend, and it's all because of my interaction with Jeffery B.. He is truly an asset to your company. read more

I have never reversed my rating before. I realized I acted badly. I should have worked with the receptionist to schedule an appointment to have my car looked at. While I was in a tantrum one of the estimators was trying to respond to me in a professional manner. I owe him an apology. Please remove my last review. In the past Gerber performed work on one of my other cars and did a great job.

I would like to thank Gerber Collison for making my car look new again. They made it completely easy and keeping me informed. Not only did the take me to enterprise to pick up my rental car. I ended up in the hospital and the people at Gerber brought my car to my house. This company is completely amazing service. They go beyond the call.
