This was my first time as a customer to go through Gerber and collision and I was beyond impressed with how well I was taken care of. The best part about my experience is that they have text messaging which allowed me to get updates about my car which was nice because then I had an idea of what was going on throughout the process. The receptionists were most courteous and helpful, the claims adjustor, Mike S., was very professional and polite, and our entire experience at Gerber was a positive one. And above all of this, the car was delivered back to us in half the time they thought it would take, for which we were most appreciative. Great Job guys...
