I've been using this body shop for years. They have always been upfront & honest. If there was a problem they were quick to resolve it. I love that I just had some minor exterior work done & I got back a clean car. It was vacuumed better than I would do. I joke & say I just had my $300 detail job done. Keep up the good work. My car was taken the same day the insurance company set up the appointment.The work was done fairly quickly, Car picked up on Friday and done Tues. The office staff was friendly and courteous. I do need other work done on my car and intent to bring back to Gerber. I would also recommend them to friends and family. THe whole process was painless.

Insurance company is motorists mutual wasn't listed in choices, excellet staff and service, car looks new ! Had an issue getting a part for my car and I really appreciate Gerber working with the rental and my insurance and offering to help with costs if insurance company wouldn't pay even though it was not in their control that wrong part was sent initially. highly recommended !

I had come into Gerber collision because I had my new car hit outside of my house while sleeping, when I had called them to set something up under the other persons insurance (progressive) they were so kind. They were understanding that i was frustrated that this had happened. What I liked the most about them is that they were very helpful and generous to me. They had a rental waiting for me there. They had called me twice to let me know the status of my car which I thought was very nice. When it had gotten done the car looked beautiful. I am very thankful that I had gotten to deal with Gerber collision. If I need any more repairs I will be coming back. The employees are fantastic. Job well done. Thanks everyone!

Great service and customer care as well. Tiffany and Michael and everyone who worked on my car did an outstanding job! The car looked wonderful not to mention clean and shiny, plus they finished ahead of schedule. I would definitely go there again and I will also tell my family and friends. I had a great experience at Gerber! The entire staff made it very easy to work with and kept me updated along the whole process. They were very professional and even offered to pay for a rental car if they couldn't deliver it in time. (They did deliver it in time they quoted me so it wasn't necessary.) I would definitely recommend their services!

The customer service was amazing. This was originally going through my insurance until the third party decided to pay out of his pocket. Mike and the rest of the crew at Gerber was so willing to help organize the third party billing process and even explained what would work best for me and the gentleman paying. A far as the repairs, it looked better than the day I picked it up from the showroom. The repairs looked great and to top it all off a complete wash and detail. Couldn't be happier! Thank You!
