They worked very smoothly with my insurance company and gave me all kinds of updates as to my car's status. In addition, when I got my vehicle back it was cleaner than I ever have it. The employees at Gerber have taken great care of me and my family over the years. My car was ready in the time they told me and I especially liked the text messages keeping me updated throughout the 3 day repair work. Katie and Mike are extremely courteous and professional during all communications. They rental car pick up and drop off was very convenient. I wouldn't go anywhere else for collision repair work.
