The people who work at this location are the greatest people I've ever had to deal with. From the girls at the from desk all the way to the repair people and all in between my experience was wonderful. They are kind, caring, considerate and absolutely pleasant. I got my car back in a timely manor and the work done was superb. I was informed periodically about what was going on. They washed and somehow shined my car so it looked new. I can honestly say that the level of service and courtesy from Gerber Collision is outstanding. From the timely updates, to the level of detail it has been a great experience. Not to mention they went above and beyond and even cleaned my car! I don't even get this level of service when I go to the dealership!
