Not only were we highly satisfied with the repair done to our vehicle, we were highly satisfied with the customer service. Gerber kept us updated on the status of our vehicle regularly which we appreciated. They were actually able to get it to us sooner than anticipated and the workmanship is solid. They even had our vehicle cleaned when we went to pick it up. Choosing Gerber was based on feedback we had read on the quality and service of the company and we were not disappointed. This location is fantastic!! Tiffany was extremely helpful and informative!! It was a stressful event for me and everyone at Gerber made the process so easy it took a huge weight off of my shoulders. I appreciated the time Rob took to listen to my concerns on what needed to be repaired. The staff who worked on my car did a beautiful job with the repairs!! I am so happy with the work that was done. I was pleasantly surprised to find that the inside and outside of my car were cleaned and made to look brand new!! Overall I am so happy with my experience here!! Everyone has done a fantastic job!! Thank you all so very much!! If I ever need work completed on my car again I will surely come to your location!!

Friendly, courteous, thorough, well done. I have a Smartfortwo car and this was the first one Gerber had worked on, at least it was the first for Michelle A., who was very thorough and worked with Euromotors in Devon PA to get all of the needed parts. My little Smart looks like new. Very pleased.

had our car in for PDR on 2/24/17 for large dent from a golf ball. Matt did his absolute best to totally remove, but it was just too deep. We agreed on the work done as it was 100% better than it was. Great job to all those involved.

I was very impressed with my service, from getting my car in so quickly, to having it repaired even quicker! Hopefully I will not have to use these services for my car again, but if I do, I will not hesitate to call Gerber! A++ service all the way around!!! Will recommend them to anyone and everyone I know! Tiffany from Gerber you took care of two months work in one day, one word AMAZING!!!!! To the men, and or women who also helped out in the recovery of my vechical a special warm thank you as well. To the man that detailed my car inside and out you have done an amazing job you have got rid of a couple stains that I thought would have never came out you are one word as well amazing!!!!!
