I would first like to say that the overall impression that I got and interaction that I had more than met my expectations. The factor was there and all aspects of my interaction. The ladies at the desk or very helpful courteous and professional. Dealing with Anthony as the initial contact for appraisal and follow up through the entire process was one of the most professional people that I've dealt with in any business. I appreciate the extra time he took to correct an issue that appeared after I had picked the car up a week later that was actually a result of the accident that didn't show up until the end. He was able to resolve this issue within 2 days. I would gladly and strongly recommend this location and the individuals associated with it included the general manager and Anthony and the young ladies at the front desk.

Anthony D. and the team of artists at Gerber Collision (12791 Metro Pkwy Fort Myers, FL) were able to take an aggravating situation, with the potential to turn into a months long saga, and complete the repairs in less than 3 weeks. Considering the current supply chain issues, parts shortages and that its season in Southwest Florida, which means the body shops are swamped with damaged vehicles. My 2011 Honda Accord had some previous chips and scrapes on the bumper, so Anthony graciously offered me the opportunity to pay out of pocket to have it painted, and it looks great! Lastly they restriped my pinstripe and filled in a small rust spot on the hood with a clear coat, which they didn't have to do. This was the first time I filed a claim against another driver, and I have to say The Hartford and Gerber Collision handled it the right way.

Had hurricane damage repaired by Gerber collision in Louisiana several weeks ago, and they did a great job. But in driving home to Fort Myers from there, had a couple of minor issues pop up. Brought my SUV in to Gerber on Metro Pkwy and was helped initially by two very nice ladies at the front counter, and then was turned over to Ian. He took care of the problem immediately and a half hour later, I was on my way home. He turned a problem into a smile. The entire team did a fantastic job. We had a windshield replaced and had what we believed was concrete spatter on the passenger's side of the truck. The windshield replacement was quick, but the spatter was quite a challenge. The team pulled out all the stops and did absolutely everything they could think of. Although quite a challenge, the result was excellent! The team did great. I highly recommend them. They have earned all my future business!!
