My service rep in particular, Kristin J. was exceptional. When she found out that I worked out of town, she made every effort to make sure my car was ready before I needed to leave town again. I just wanted to extend my gratitude to BK. I had a major issue with my insurance company which stated that I had no rental coverage. I was told that there was a certain part that was needed and no real time frame for arrival.. This could have been very costly for me BK and the crew were able to remedy the situation and save me a great deal of money. I recommend Gerber to anyone who wants to be treated with professionalism and care.

Was so pleased and quite frankly shocked when I took our cooper in for estimate. Bottom of front bumper starting to come off. Our estimator Lisa came out took a look and indicated that perhaps part of bumper was broken but she would take it back and have someone look at it. I told her to put estimate together while it was back there. She brought car back shortly and informed me that no need for estimate because bumper was still intact. I was shocked. I felt I was really treated fairly. No question as to 5 stars. Would highly recommend to anyone.

My greatest appreciation to Gerber and Frankie A. Frankie was able to help me avoid an insurance claim by voluntarily buffing out scrathes and reattaching a bumper that had been knocked off. Great customer service, and my highest recommendation for quality, care and customer service. No better place in Ft Myers for repairs, service and friendly, helpful people!!
