Rear back up cameras came loose, 2 times, and both times Francisco A. repaired them without issue... I have always had great service from this facility and most recently after being rear-ended. I recommend this operation without qualification

I don't normally post reviews - good or bad so here goes: My son goes to college in Ft. Myers. We live in Miami. I got a call that he had an accident. He was safe but the car didn't fair so well. The front end had body and mechanical damage. GEICO told me about Gerber. I worked with Frank by email, text and phone. He was very responsive. He went above and beyond at each stage of the repair. He didn't make promises that he didn't keep, which is so common in this industry. I never had to drive over there to resolve anything. I highly recommend Gerber - and ask for Frank.

I had a scrape on my front fender from a parking lot. Took it to Gerber to get a repair estimate and spoke with Lisa Johnson. She looked at car, took it around back to shop and came back a short time later with it totally done. She said it just needed to be buffed out and there was no charge. I couldn't believe it! You couldn't tell where it had been and they didn't charge me. Totally amazing service! Thank you so much.

On 7/20/16 I visited Gerber Collision for some repairs on my DTS Caddy. During this visit, I met Franky, the manager, and Brandon. They both exhibited the highest standard of customer service. My car was worked on by Schneider, who did an amazing, flawless job. The workmanship was excellent. My wife and I remain very happy and satisfied customers.

This place is amazing! Ms Lisa is a blessing and a great asset to this company. Freddy is awesome! I truly felt like family working with this coming... They kept me updated daily, made me feel appreciated and in good hands always. I could literally wreck my car again and come back just to feel welcome again!!! I am truly truly appreciative of Gerber and anyone who needs their car fixed should come here!!! They are amazing!!
