I did not realize that the auto glass was separate from collision. I was a little confused when the office did not seem to know about my appointment for glass repair. After they spoke with the Jacksonville technician, things went very smoothly. The staff exceeded expectations and were very kind. They even gave me a ride to and from work, which was a life saver. Very good job!

Outstanding. I'm so glad USAA sent me there. They were professional, efficient, helpful, and friendly. And that is just the front end staff. The work was top quality, and completed earlier than expected, allowing me the flexibility of when to pick it up. I will recommend them any time I hear of someone needing this kind of repair. Needless to say I would definitely use them again.

I had efficient and excellent service. The staff were friendly and helpful during a stressful time: after an MVC and dealing with insurance companies, etc. The office was well coordinated with the rental agency: no waiting or confusion. I wish I could think of some other wonderful things to say!

Awesome service provided by this company. They keep u up to date on the repairs by texts and Scott who called every couple of days to give verbal insight on repairs or answer my questions. They waxed and cleaned my car before returning, which I was shocked and excited about, bc my car was filthy. They fixed everything so miraculously, to where it looks like I just bought it off the car lot. I had driver side front end damage where even a small area had a dent in it. All brand new, shiny, and beautiful. I couldn't be more happy and satisfied with the excellent service provided by gerber collision, and all parts are life time warranty. How could u go wrong?!?! Will definitely recommend this company to all my friends and family. Thank u about and Darlene for all ur help in this stressful matter and keeping me up to date on my car. Wow the service awesome. From Mike the manager doing an estimation on a Saturday. To Shabeer checking in everyday letting me know how things were going. I even looked forward to getting my text messages telling me how far long the progress was on the car. The Gerber team was awesome!
