I usually don't take the time to do reviews but definitely thought this was worth it, customer service was excellent!! Shabeer was the person who I was in contact with upon arrival and he walked me through everything. I had previously spoke to a lady named Jess she was very helpful and patient explaining everything to me and even setting up my appointment. When I arrived Shabeer talked with me and then another man Dwayne come and did the estimate and walked the vehicle thoroughly explaining everything to me. I thought it was very professional that they helped me all while explaining the process of what would take place next. Shabeer was in contact with me giving me updates on vehicle status. My vehicle was done by the promised date, also my vehicle was clean and vacuumed to my liking. This place definitely deserves five stars maybe more. ... All my future repairs or me referring family and friends will definitely use Gerber Collision on 6th street!! I really appreciate everything they done to get my baby going again and all repairs were definitely handled and in a timely manner. THANK YOU SO MUCH FOR ALL YOUR HELP!!!! read more

My experience with Gerber was awesome, they communicated every move, rather by phone or daily text to let me know the status of the vehicle. Jess made things very simple, I just handed them the keys and they took it from there. Customer services was excellent...

We were impressed by the courtesy and knowledge exhibited by Shabeer A. and all the employees we dealt with. I had been side swiped by a driver who hit and ran so I was paying out of pocket for a lot of the repair work, and was very pleased at the excellent work done. You could not tell I had ever had any damage. They even went above and beyond. When he brought the car to return it to me, Shabeer noticed an unrelated scratch on the rear fender and had someone buff it out. I highly recommend them.
