We have used the service at the Gambrills location in the past so when we had a recent accident we told our State Farm Agent we wanted to have the repair done there. Jordan Kuh did the estimate and kept us informed re: repairs and schedule via email. There was a delay due to the fact a part came in that Gerber didn't think was up to their standards so they had to get another part leading to a delay. Jenn Messer (manager) was keep us updated and knew we needed the van (which has crates in it for our dogs) for a weekend trip so she "pulled a miracle" and got the car done for us - returning to the shop late on a Friday evening so we'd have it first thing in the morning for our trip. I would recommend Gerber (and particularly this location) without hesitation. THANKS!!

The people at the Gambrills location have been FABULOUS! They have gone way above and beyond what was expected. Especially Trish. Not only did she take care of my situation in the most professional way, she contacted Enterprise for me and when Enterprise did not wait for me, she arranged a ride for me. "This was my second experience with the people and services at Gerber in Gambrills, MD. I simply can not say enough about the experiences! From the first phone call to making the appointment until the final credit card payment, each and every employee with whom I interacted was professional and right on target with what they would do, when they would do it and that they'd be in touch regularly all along the way. They were true to their words and actually had my car repaired before the predicted date. In addition, it was washed in and out and - incredibly - a small "abrasion" on the other side of the car was noticed and attended to - without any cost...just care. This was done via mobile glass repair service, in Annapolis, MD. The service performed was for embedded rock in the windshield. The repairman allowed me to watch the repair, only taking 15 minutes total. I was very impressed with the service! My understanding (from colleagues who have had glass repair done before) was for a coat to be applied on the damaged area to avoid further cracking. My understanding was incorrect. The embedded rock was carefully removed from my windshield, and a coat of liquid glass was filled in. Following the service, you can barely tell there was damage at all! Service man was very knowledgeable and provided good customer service. A+ experience!
