Kevin, my mechanic, did an awesome job of explaining what all was messed up with my car and what all he anticipated would change, and even how important those parts were to the car overall. He was very personable and seemed to enjoy making my car look like new again. I was very pleased with the auto service and the customer service at Gerber Collision!

as soon as I entered the shop I felt very taken care of. Kevin D. was my go to service technician and went over the car's damage and what would be fixed. Gerber Collision kept me informed of the status of my car by calling me as well as letting me know the expected completion time. I never felt concern or unsure of the work being done, and when I went to pick up the car , Kevin D. was there to go over the work performed and the warranties that were included. I have nothing but praise for the work performed, for Gerber Collision and glass for their comprehensive coverage and for the employees who all seemed to want my satisfaction. Thank you Gerber.

This was my second time being a Gerber, the first was close to a year ago, my car was totaled by a drunk driver. They were extremely pleasant through the entire (annoying) experience. So when a tree limb fell on my car a week or so ago, I knew that's where I wanted to take it. They had estimated 4 days for repair, but actually finished earlier than expected. They also gave me a ride home when I dropped off the vehicle, because my original ride bailed. Their customer service is outstanding! :D Would recommend to anyone!

I loved there service, everyone was super NICE. Sunny the Repair Supervisor keep me informed with everything that was going to be done with my car. Kevin the manager was very helpful with my rental car issue and they are just a butch of good people that love to take care of there customers.

I was very pleased with the service, not only did they repair my car in a timely manner, but they did an outstanding job. (I can't tell that there was ever any damages) and the customer service was absolutely MARVELOUS! ... very seldom do you get to say that. The entire team actually impressed me. Sunny did a great job keeping me updated throughout the repair process. I did not have a ride to pick up my vehicle and he went out of his way to pick me up at a nearby location.
