I was in my first car accident a few weeks ago. The insurance agency suggested I take my car to Gerber Collison. They were wonderful. Super professional and easy to work with. For obvious reasons I hope to not be back but I would recommend Gerber to anyone!

Just plain excellent customer service. My damage was minor (rear bumper), as a result of a Geico insured driver rear-ending me. The adjuster, Andrew S. (Geico) took immediate action with my claim, Sonny S. (Gerber) was outstanding in his action, quality and speed in getting my car repaired in 3 days, and finally Erin H. from Enterprise, was there to handoff a Ford Explorer to use during my downtime. This all-inclusive service care made the incident a minor inconvenience, versus a major nuisance. Simply terrific! Thank you Geico, Gerber and Enterprise. You all rock.

I recently had my Panamera Porsche in for repairs. I was very impressed with the staff's friendliness and courteous demeanor. I felt welcomed and appreciated. I especially want to thank Robert C. who was my service manager during the process who explained everything step by step, ensured I was happy and presented himself in a professional manner at all times. Nothing short of spectacular service! The timely communications kept me from having to call in to see where we were in the process. Nice touch! Thank you!

My vehicle was involved in a hit & run and I was recommended by USAA to call Gerber Collision in Garner. I drove my vehicle to the shop and was told it was not safe to drive due too the damage. Robert C. was the estimator who greeted me and walked me through the whole process. The ladies up front were extremely helpful and called the rental company for me. Everyone I talked too at the shop through the whole process were awesome. Robert went above and beyond to keep me updated on the repairs from calls to emails. I would recommend this location to anyone who needs quality work done on their vehicle. GERBER COLLISION OF GARNER IS 100% ON THEIR A GAME!!!!!

After someone ran into the back of my car on August 8, 2016, Gerber Collision & Glass was assigned the company to do all of the repairs. The other person had Allstate Insurance. I could not have been more pleased if I had picked them out myself. After it was assigned to them on Monday, August 15, 2016 I had an immediate call from Danielle concerning picked up the car. They sent a wreck that afternoon. I went over and a very nice young man named Jason went over the car marking X's and showing us what they would do to get my car back like it was. Since parts had to be ordered it took a while to get my car back but that was not any fault of Gerber's. Then Molly and Danielle called during the entire process of repairing. The two young ladies at the front desk are super. Gerber is very fortunate to have them as employees. They are very ... personable and nice. Then there is Robert C., Repair Process Manager that contacted me about what would be done on my car. He then called and e-mailed with updates all the time. Gerber is also very fortunate to have an employee like Robert to help with their repairs. I was very impressed with the entire staff. They all made me feel like that really cared for me and my car. From start to finish I was keep well informed by either text or Sonny. When I went to pick the car up he patiently went over everything and answered any questions I had. He really went above and beyond. Whenever something came up he called and made sure I had transportation. I will definitely be asking for him if we have to return!

Very nice individuals working there, always made me feel at home. Kept me updated the entire time that they had my vehicle. Was nice to know what was going on. Robert was a total gentleman. The girls at the front desk were always pleasant and kept the candy bowl full. Robert was able to address all my issues very clearly.
