SCOTT is such an awesome representative of your company. He is extremely prifessional, ver courteous and personable. He made my experience seamless. I had just lost my mom, and cery emotional, was so empathetic...he is the epitome of EXCELLENT CUSTOMER SERVICE. I just want someone to realize his extreme kindness did not go unnoticed.
