Everyone at Gerber was so unbelievably helpful. I had gotten in an accident that needed some body work, and Allstate told me to go to Gerber. The repairs were done quickly and Melissa and Doug gave me updates daily on what they were doing and when it would be finished. While doing the repairs, they actually discovered a very serious issue with my car. Apparently an owner before me had disabled the SRS system and the dealership I purchased it from did not catch that. Very scary!! Luckily the great people at Gerber found the problem and I am now working with the dealership to get it fixed. The stress of this car accident was completely taken away by how helpful everyone at Gerber Collision in Douglasville was. Thank you everyone!!!!

Keeping us informed by text, email and phone as well as our in person experience was very professional, trustworthy, and friendly. She was more than just a estimator.
