My Toyota 4Runner recently got broken into, and the door handle lock was destroyed along with a dent in my door. USAA recommended Gerber Collision and I could not be more pleased with the entire process. Stephanie was my estimator and took care of the process from start to finish. Very pleasurable and knowledgeable, Stephanie made sure to update me every step of the way. My car is in perfect condition now, and I am so glad Gerber Collision took care of it all! Will definitely return for body work in the future.

My First accident ever(not my fault) and I have to say one of the most pleasant estimators Gerber has working in their Decatur office is Kimberly C. She took the time to explain the whole process from start to finish and it was amazing considering the circumstances!! She went above and beyond her job description to assist me. I left with a huge smile on my face. I will proudly recommend Gerber Collision to all my friends here in Atlanta. FYI-I just moved here from Texas and appreciate the kindness your office gave me. My car was towed to Gerber for repairs/estimate. I was very happy with the greeting and service. They up dated me on a timely mater, I had rental car for two weeks, only had it for one week. My car was ready for pick up with in that week. I am very satisfied with the repairs and quality. I will highly recommend Gerber Kennasaw.

Absolutely fabulous service! Staff was very friendly, knowledgeable and professional. Alicia, Jenny and Brandon actually made a bad thing (hitting a deer) much better. I will highly recommend them to everyone I know, they earned a customer for life!

The car look great - Emily M. as my rep and kept me appraised through out the process. When she called me to tell me my car was ready today, I told her I would grab a cab and head over, she said no we will bring it to you (I live about 3 miles away) which blew me away. Before they left the shop I asked the m to check my left brake light which i was told was out - but when my car got here the light was still out. The tech who was with Emily said that they checked it at shop and was working there but he saw it was out.... so what does he do takes the light back to shop and gets me a new one and drives back here (knowing i couldn't leave until my kids got off bus) and installs it. This is customer service !!!! Thank you so much.

I would tell everyone I know to go to Gerber in McDonough, especially after having my vehicle at their facility. The service was fast and Jessica at the counter was very friendly and greeted me as soon as I walked through the door. I loved how Gerber kept me informed throughout the repairs. I will absolutely keep Gerber on my side and make sure to refer refer refer!!!

I really like the fact I would get pictures of all the repairing stages. Manager was very polite when I picked my car up. He replaced my front bumper without charging more to insurance. Very satisfied.

She was professional, courteous and kept me informed as to the status of the repair work on my Kia Sorento. I brought my car in at 9:00am and picked it up at 5:30pm on the same day. The work was completed ahead of schedule. Emily took the time to explain the work done on my vehicle. She helped make this a very positive experience. I am new to the Atlanta area and had no idea where to go to get my car fixed after I was hit by a drunk driver last month. I did some research and settled on Gerber and I am so happy I did! My car looks great, even better than it did before. The staff there were so friendly and helpful, they made an entirely overwhelming process a lot less stressful. I am so thankful to the entire staff at Gerber and will definitely come back in the future.
