Gerber Collision in Cartersville, GA gave me amazing customer service in fixing my bumper to my Nissan Versa. They did incredible body repair, where it doesnt even look like my car was backed into. The best part my car was fixed in just two days! I am extremely satisfied with the work they completed for my car and so thankful! I will recommend anyone who needs collision repair to Gerber.

I was very pleased with my service, especially my estimator, Emily M. She was very professional, honest, direct and fair. Further, she kept me posted on everything throughout the process and help me on how to navigate the entire experience with no stress. If it weren't for her I'd likely still have my truck not fixed. She was also very knowledgable about the vehicle and knew how to handle my claim. As a matter of fact, I really didn't have to deal with anything on that side of the repair. Once it was in her hands, she did really took leadership and handled it from beginning to end. As another example of her stellar service, she stayed late the day I had to pick up because my work schedule had me running late and Atlanta traffic is terrible. Actually the entire Gerber staff was awesome and provided me support so I didn't have to worry ... about rushing to get there. She was there when I arrived walking around the truck/double checking the work, talking me through what they did and helping move all of my junk from the rental back to the truck. Wow! Thanks so much Gerber for being a great company with great staff. And, a special thanks to Emily for being my 5 Star Estimator (and I'll add another gold star for being a nice person). Jennifer and Mike, at the Oak St. Roswell location really helped make the process of repairing my car seamless and easy. It was repaired for LESS that the original quote, within the time they said it would be done. They handled everything from getting my rental car for me to having the car detailed when it was finished. They also kept me informed throughout the process. I would recommend Gerber, especially Jennifer and Mike, to anyone looking for an auto body shop.
