Lloyd knows the meaning of customer service! He called me twice a week to keep me updated on repair progress. He was honest, even when there were delays. After the repair was complete, he still took the time to send me over 40 pictures of the work progress to forward to my attorney. He was unfailingly professional, courteous and kind. Give this man a big raise! Have him train others in customer service! These days, when most of my encounters with service personnel are disappointing at best, Mr. Lloyd Hadley stands out as one of the best I've encountered.

Customer service was excellent. Kept me informed of what was going on, how they were going to fix it and the time. They were very considerate of my time. The car repair looked great. The car overall looked better/cleaner when I got it back than when I turned it in. My husband and I would strongly recommend Gerber to all of our friends and family. If there was a rating higher than a five, he would deserve it.

Loved the treatment here! The receptionist are polite and helpful. Even when customers may get frustrated. Grant was very very helpful with my car and kept me updated on when I'd get my vehicle back. I was in a rush because my rental from enterprise despite the same year as my car was NOT it. Who knew there was such a huge difference from a 2021 premium Volkswagen and a 2021 Mitsubishi. So happy to get my Volkswagen back just the way it was before the accident from Gerber in a timely manner due to the damage. All in all loved loved my experience and would highly recommend to anyone !

Total experience exceeded expectation. From the moment we delivered the car for the repairs until we drove away after the repairs our experience was very good. Customer reception area was clean and comfortable, receptionist was polite and efficient and the service writer, Lloyd H. , was friendly, helpful and competent. Car looked great. I choose this collision center because it was in my area and close to the rental place I was going to use, I am glad I did , Mr. Dennis my service rep was very nice, he explain what would happen and the time frame needed for repairs. My repairs look awesome just like new. Both receptionist I encounter was also very nice. Great experience!

I had such a wonderful experience at the Gerber Collision (McDonough- Industrial Dr Location). They took care of me so well, and the service was so fast!! They were not only very professional, but also very knowledgeable and incredibly kind. Just sitting in the waiting room, over hearing how they were helping all their customers (and mind you, there was even an elderly lady who had come in on her own)!! Just incredible, and very trust-worthy!

Though it took nearly four weeks to get my car back, Breanna was very good in following through. When it came time to pick up the car, a family emergency made it difficult for me to come in and she went out of her way to see that the car was delivered. Employees are a company's greatest asset, and Breanna certainly makes Gerber stand out in customer satisfaction.
