I contacted Gerber's Auto Glass to replace a rear windshield and I was connected to Glass America. They called me back and gave me a quote and time of service. I received an email and a text confirmation. On the day of the service, Mitch, the awesome repair guy, called to let me know he was an hour away. Mitch was very professional and courteous and he did an excellent job. This experience was amazing from start to finish. Thank you!

My wife and I are extremely satisfied with the quality of work done on the repair of her '21 Lincoln Aviator. The service was fantastic! Lloyd H. our estimator, was exceptional and kept us informed regarding the work being done in the car; and called twice weekly with updates. The entirety of the process was very smooth; the receptionist was very helpful, and Lloyd made us feel like we were the only customers that had our vehicle at the facility (although, I know it was super busy). We will definitely take our vehicles to Gerber Collision if we have any future needs for such services.

WOW ! The best service and quality work I ever had. They kept us informed of the progress. When we got our Jeep back , it looked like brand new. It had been repaired and detailed better than when I paid a detailer to do it. I would recommend Gerber to everyone.
