Service was excellent. Staff extremely professional, efficient, accommodating, knowledgeable and friendly along with frequent updates on my auto repair status. I was very please and completely satisfied with the workmanship and customer service provided. As usual you guys did a great job. Mary B. did a great job estimating the damage, managing the repair process and staying in touch with us on the progress of the repairs. She let us know when the repairs were completed and the van was ready to pick up. This is the 3rd or 4th time Gerber has repaired damages to cars we've owned and we've always been extremely happy with the work they've done and the communications they've made with us as the work progressed and was completed. I've recommended Gerber and the Oak Street location to several people and will continue to do so. Thanks for the great job Mary and also for the technicians who performed the repairs...the Van looks great.

From start to finish, the entire process was handled very professionally and friendly. They were well backed up but I was not inconvenienced in the slightest. Their calendar date was accurate and repairs done in one week. Brittany shines in her personal relations and is always well knowledgeable when a question comes about. She is their best foot forward and leaves a lasting positive impression. I'm very grateful for them.

Stopped by to ask a tech how to replace a bulb in an Escalade headlight assembly. Had the bulb, was going to install it myself. Andrew said give me the bulb, go inside and have a coffee, I'll do it for you, no charge. 10 minutes later I was on my way with working lights. Jeni was easy to talk to and work with, Andrew was great! I've used Gerber before and the people and the work they do there is top notch. I'll never go anywhere else.

Naomi was excellent! She explained everything from the estimate of the repairs to the completion of the repairs. She called with daily updates on the progress of the repairs of my car. Naomi explained and showed me the repairs of my car when the repairs were completed. She was a pleasure to work with. I am a senior citizen with a walking cane, Naomi was very considerate of my safety in side and outside of the facility. She is just a pleasure to work with. The young lady at the front desk was a pleasure to work with also. I am very satisfied and happy with my experience with "Gerber Collison and Glass in Douglasville, Ga.
