I would like to leave feedback specifically for my interactions with Emily S., the Production Manager at your Atlanta-Midtown location... After several negative conversations (with the former Production Manager) about the interior flooding damage caused by repairs made to my vehicle in December 2018, I was forced to file a formal complaint with my insurance company and take my vehicle to another body shop to be repaired. Until my first interaction with Emily on April 4, 2019, I would have rated my experience with Gerber as 1 star or less; however, Emily's honesty, professionalism, and sincere desire to correct the damage done to my vehicle has completely changed my opinion about my experience with Gerber. Prior to my interactions with her, I would never have stepped foot in another Gerber facility - but now I know I have someone I can ... trust at the Midtown-Atlanta location.
