I went in on 4 /16 /2018 and my car was ready on 4/19/2018. I want to say All 3 Ladies were very nice and straight to the point. They were great at how they welcomed me in as a 1st time customer. They explained the process and sent text to update me on how long it would take to fix my car. I had just a little bit of front bumper bang up from a parked truck is how ended up finding this great place of women power to fix my car. I can't thank you ladies and gentlemen enough for all you have done to get me back on the road in my nice car.Thank you so very much. Yes I would recommend my friends to your shop for repairs any day. Thanks ladies.

The staff I encountered at this location were super nice and they completed the job in the timeframe promised. Special kudos to their frontline staff member Tiffany that took the time to take myself and two other ladies that'd been waiting over an hour and a half for Enterprise, to the Enterprise location so that we could pick up our rentals and be on our way.

Great new location! Excellent service, from the time I dropped my vehicle off , to the time it was ready for pick up. Gerber made the repair process a breeze, I was even about to leave the rental , for enterprise to pick. Kevin walked through the damage with me and make me feel even more comfortable. This was my first time using Gerber, and they were AWESOME. I cannot say enough good things about their customer service. They completed my car perfectly even though it had a huge amount of work to be done. They kept me informed extremely well and Stephanie in the front office was a pleasure to work with as well as the rest of the team. I have never used a car repair shop that made me feel more comfortable and at ease with the entire process. Gerber Collision & Glass will be the only shop I ever take my car to should it need any work. A+++++++++++

This was the best experience that I have had dealing with a collision repair shop in my life! The staff was fast, professional and detail oriented. They contacted me within an hour of USAA contacting them and made coordinated an appointment to estimate the damage and repair my truck. The repairs were completed the next day and the truck looked better than before the wreck! The wreck had been a rear end collision, they replaces the rear bumper and pad. However, they also found and repaired some body damage that I had not seen, as well as checked my backup sensors, truck frame and tow hitch connections. I was surprised when I received the phone call the next day that the repairs were completed and did not have a ride to go pick up the truck, so the manager drove to my house to pick me up! I was so impressed with the great customer care Brittany P gave me! Friendly follow up on my repair!! I thought I was get extra special care because she was the Manager of Conyers. But she wasn't just a caring young lady who actually cared about the customer WOW!! You can't find that offen these days! Gerber you are so lucky!! I hope Brittany future is that she become a Branch Manager!!! Thank you Brittany and Gerber!!
