I would like to thank the whole staff of Gerber Collision & Glass! I took my Rav 2013 in due to a car wreck I had. And the young lady Brittany P. was so helpful in giving us all the details of what was going to be done on my vehicle, and how much it was going to be. I was notified about how it was going and how much longer it would take before it got finished. I was very pleased on the quality of work that was done on my Rav. I will recommend Gerber to all of my friends as they cannot go wrong in getting a great work done to your vehicle. Great service and great staff! Thank you Gerber Collison & Glass!!!!!

I took my vehicle to Douglasville location for repairs and had a awesome experience from the time I walked in the door. The front desk agent Ashley was very helpful and explained every step out of the process. I was introduced to estimator, Brittney and she was awesome with getting my estimate and communicating with me often on the update of my vehicle. Brittney customer service was awesome and I enjoyed interacting with her. I also enjoyed the general manager, Steven. This is an awesome team at this location.
