I took my vehicle to Douglasville location for repairs and had a awesome experience from the time I walked in the door. The front desk agent Ashley was very helpful and explained every step out of the process. I was introduced to estimator, Brittney and she was awesome with getting my estimate and communicating with me often on the update of my vehicle. Brittney customer service was awesome and I enjoyed interacting with her. I also enjoyed the general manager, Steven. This is an awesome team at this location.

Our Estimator, and main contact (Ashley W.), sure understands customer service!!!...I have to get some glass work on another car, so after this great experience, I'll be going back...The body work on the repair is perfect...really impressive. Wonderful service! Received updates on my vehicles progress. They finished a week early. It looks better than it did when I first bought it. Very reasonable pricing. I'm very happy that I brought my vehicle to Gerber.

Shop staff were very friendly. When I showed my car to my kids who are car savvy they could not believe the quality of the repair. Of course, I shared with them what Brian and Ashley shared with me about the process of the repair. By they way, I can't say enough about how great the staff were.

EXCELLENT experience dealing with Gerber after our new vehicle had been side swiped in a "hit and run". Their technician was awesome and went thru everything with me before and after the repairs were made. They send "status reports" via texts during the repairs to show what percentage completion they are at and anticipated completion date. I was very skeptical the vehicle would be completed on time (2 weeks) as they were saying based on the number of parts to be ordered and extent of damage...HOWEVER, they hit their promised date and vehicle looks great. They also arrange transportation to and from Enterprise Rental for you so you can access your rental. I highly recommend Gerber. Clean & professional as well...

Literally the best service we could have ever gotten. Came to get something I thought was an easy fix and they went above and beyond to make sure that it was done right and fixed more than the original problem that I had no idea that was even a problem! Wayne did an amazing job to make sure that we were taken care of. I would recommend again and again!

The level of service we received was amazing! Michelle and Debbie erased the stress of getting our car repaired with their excellent customer service and constant updates throughout the process. Their smiling faces and welcoming attitudes were much appreciated. Let's not forget that our car looked like brand new when we picked it up. A million "thank yous" to the the whole team!

Ashley Devens did a great job of meeting and exceeding every one of my expectations. She was very friendly, flexible in helping me schedule an appointment, and delivered my car back to me ahead of schedule with all of the repair work done plus a few other improvements that I couldn't be happier with! I will definitely use Gerber for future work!

Kianna did a great job handling my son's truck repair in a timely and professional manor. As it happens too, I have a second truck coming in for collision repair and hope the experience will be the same as this damage is much worse. Great experience so far and very convenient services.
