They are very knowledgeable and they keep you informed about the progress of your vehicle by text message. The entire process from working with our insurance company to scheduling our rental car was so easy and painless. Thank you all for making a bad situation a little easier to handle. PS My truck stays pretty clean, but it came out of your shop CLEANER than it went in... Thank you for the extra care you provided. The individual that hit my car used Progressive as their insurance carrier. Not my choice of insurance. My choice for repairs was Gerber. Progressive insurance representative was not very customer friendly to Gerber or me. But Gerber worked with them, got my car repaired in a timely manner. I have used Gerber for all my car repairs. Always polite, very quick with the answers that I needed. Very pleased!
