The past few months I've had some bad luck with my vehicle. About 2 months ago, someone side swiped me and I was so upset! It was my first wreck in my new car and I was super stressed out about how I was going to fix it , and how much of a headache it was going to be to get it fixed. USAA was so great, they referred me to Gerber Collision to get my little Veloster repaired. I had the pleasure of working with Thomas P. to get everything done, and he went above and beyond what was expected because he knew I was paying for my rental car myself. (I added rental insurance to my policy after this first incident) Thomas had my car in the shop for 3 days and it was such a quick and painless process. They even cleaned out my vehicle and made it look brand new! I was super happy with my car, and Thomas was so sweet and professional he left a ... lasting impression on me. Then, last Friday I got into a fender bender myself- this time it was my fault, but I was not as stressed out about the process of getting my car fixed. I knew that Thomas was going to take care of me and he had my vehicle repaired again in record time! I am so beyond thankful that USAA suggested Gerber Collision for my auto repair needs. I will always suggest going to Gerber Collision in Woodstock to all of my family members and friends. They really have a great team there, especially Thomas. :) read more

I have never experienced such great customer service before in a repair shop! They keep you updated and they keep their word. The repairs were done beautifully. Thank you for being the BEST of the best in my book . My experience with Gerber was a 10!

I wanted to thank Gerber for the wonderful job they did on my Honda CR-V. My wife and I have never been in a wreck before and we are thankful we had Brittany as our estimator. We had daily updates on the repairs and never what process it was going through every step of the way. We are not big texters but we did receive them every step of the way. Had front end collision damage on my Nissan Leaf. They did a great job of making it look like new and made sure to not put car in drying ovens so not to harm the car's battery. Michael was great at communicating at every step of the process and they were great at working directly with the rental car and insurance companies.

Great experience with Gerber! We really felt like everyone we dealt with cared about what happened to our families main mode of transport! Brittany was always upbeat and such a positive person to talk with and kept us appraised of what was happening with our car. Picked it up today and it looks great, couldn't be happier with the finished product! Thank you for a fairly painless process for what was an unfortunate event. The service I received at Gerber Collision and Glass in Rome GA was absolutely outstanding. Beginning with my initial visit, I was treated like a valued customer. Updates on the progress of my repair was unexpected but very welcome. The final result was a perfect repair and the fact that Gerber handled all transactions with my insurance company was especially nice.
