i have a 2004 Honda Pilot that was fixed at Gerber Collision in 2008. I had issues with the paint pealing. Gerber Collision repaired all the issues as well as replacing a headlight that had faded all under warranty. The workmanship was top quality and the car looks like new. To have a company stand behind their workmanship 8 years after they did the initial repair is amazing. Jimmy, the Manager, was courteous and understanding and keep me up to date on the repair process. I will forever bring any vehicles in need of body work to Gerber Collision in Alpharetta.

Melyssa and the staff was AWESOME!!! They took very good care of my vehicle and Melyssa made sure that I was update to date daily with the repair process to my vehicle. My overall experience was great. Will most definitely come back.

Unknown person hit the parked car in Florida. I checked Gerber to get damage estimate, then called USAA. Ms. Michelle handled the repair process, explained the areas I was unfamiliar with in regards to claims procedures. The repair work was performed quickly, and thoroughly. I am 100% satisfied with the results.

I would highly recommend Gerber Collision on Oak Street in Roswell for any collision repairs you may have. My Murano was hit on the back driver's side by a car that failed to stop at a stop light. It was not drivable when it came to Gerber. They got back to me within 24 hours with an estimated amount and timeline for the repairs. They indicated that they would be providing me updates twice a week via text message and/or phone call until the car was ready. Their communication was fantastic. I never questioned that my car was in good hands because I always knew what was going on with it. The car was actually ready 3 days earlier than anticipated and it turned out looking fabulous and driving like new. Gerber is a wonderful shop to work with if you ever find yourself in need of collision repair. They are honest, fair, and very customer ... oriented. I would highly recommend them. read more

Absolutely the best service I have ever had anywhere. I was notified daily on the progress they were making with estimates as to the day it would be ready. Greg was so genuinely interested in helping that he gave me his cell phone number to call him if I had any questions. I picked up the cleanest, newest-looking BMW convertible with a full tank of gas! Thank you immensely! I'll be back and will recommend you to everyone I know!!! First Class Care and Repair!!!!
